Service Description
** Please hand over wig at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Service Includes: - Blow Dry Services - Braid down of 12 cornrows -Wig cap glued down by lace adhesive -Wig is bleached and plucked, glued down by lace adhesive and melting spray - Style services included.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Requirements: - Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Deposits: - A $35 refundable (refundable under conditions) deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost. 3. Late Arrival: - If you are 15-20 minutes late, your appointment will be immediately canceled and rescheduled to a new date. A new deposit will NOTbe required. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows: - Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment will not receive a refund of the deposit. -Cancellations made the day of appointment will be charged $45 that will be applied to next appointment. - No-shows will be charged 40% of service and must pay in full for future appointment. - You may reschedule one time only without needing to submit a new deposit within 14 days or cancellation. 5. Hair Preparation: - Please arrive with washed and detangled hair - Please DO NOT arrive to appointment with blow-dried hair. - Hair must be detangled before arrival. - If hair is extremely tangled, a $40 detangling fee will be added to your total. 6. Illness Policy: - If you are experiencing any illness symptoms within 5 days of your appointment, please cancel — your deposit will be refunded. - If you arrive showing symptoms, your service will be canceled and rescheduled for another date. A new deposit will be required. 7. Payment Options: - Forms of payment accepted are: Cash, Apple Pay and Zelle. -Cashapp is NOT accepted 8. Service Timing - Please note: I am not a fast braider. Time durations listed are estimated, not exact. - Lunch break of 20-30 minutes MAY be taken during service based on service duration.
