Refund Policy - the basics
1. Booking Requirements
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- No spots will be held without booking online with deposit — bookings first come, first served.
2. Deposit Policy
- A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost.
3. Late Arrival
- If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be immediately canceled and rescheduled to a new date.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made 24 hours after appointment confirmation will not receive a refund of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 40% of service cost and must pay in full for the following future appointment before service.
- You may reschedule one time only without needing to submit a new deposit.
5. Hair Preparation
- Hair must be detangled before arrival.
- If hair is extremely tangled, a $45 detangling fee will be added to your total.
6. Illness Policy
- If you are experiencing any illness symptoms within 5 days of your appointment, please cancel — your deposit will be refunded.
- If you arrive showing symptoms, your service will be canceled and rescheduled for another date.
7. Service Timing
